For the trade

The low-voltage trade you can put your name next to.

We work alongside general contractors, pool builders, landscape and interior designers, property managers and real estate professionals across Suffolk and Nassau County — as a subcontracted scope, on trade pricing, or on a referral arrangement.

Who we work with

Different trades, different problem.

What a pool builder needs from us has almost nothing in common with what a designer needs, so the arrangement should not be identical either.

General contractors & builders

Low-voltage handled by one trade, scoped off the drawings and on your schedule.

We read the plans, mark up device locations before framing, and give you one number for security, network, cabling and AV instead of coordinating four vendors. Rough-in happens when your schedule says it does, and we come back for trim when the surfaces are ready — not three weeks after the punch list.

Pool builders & hardscapers

Sleeves, conduit and speaker pathways in before the concrete goes down.

Everything outdoors is trivial before the hardscape and close to impossible after. We walk the site with your layout, put pathways where audio, lighting and outdoor television will eventually need them, and cap what is not being used yet. It costs almost nothing at that stage and it stops the homeowner asking you to cut a patio open later.

Landscape & interior designers

Equipment that respects the design rather than fighting it.

Invisible speakers that finish flush and disappear under paint. Landscape fixtures selected for beam angle and colour temperature rather than off a shelf. Camera and access hardware positioned so it covers what it needs to and still sits where you can live with it. We would rather have that conversation with you at design stage than defend a decision to your client afterwards.

Real estate professionals

A trade you can hand a client without wondering how it goes.

New owners need cameras, network and TV mounting in the first month, and sellers occasionally need a system explained, documented or made presentable. We turn up when we say we will and we do not sell your client something they did not ask about — which is ultimately what the referral is measuring.

Property managers

One number for the systems across a portfolio.

Cameras, access control, intercom and network across multiple buildings, built to one standard so support is predictable and a tenant question does not turn into a site visit. Includes taking over systems installed by whoever came before, which is most of this work.

Other integrators & electricians

The scope you would rather not take on.

Q-SYS programming, custom control plugins, structured cabling and camera work, delivered under your name or ours — your call. We are not interested in taking the client relationship; we are interested in the work.

What you get from us

A referral is your reputation, not ours.

Which is the whole reason these arrangements are worth anything — and the reason we are specific about how we behave inside one.

01

We do not go around you

A client who comes to us through you stays yours. We quote the scope we were asked for, and if a homeowner starts asking us about work that belongs to your trade, we tell them to call you.

02

Our own crew, so the schedule is real

We do not subcontract installations. When we commit to a rough-in date, the people who walked the site are the people showing up, which is why we can commit to it at all.

03

We answer for our work afterwards

The part of a referral that costs you is the callback six months later. Our systems are documented, labelled and remotely supportable, and the number the client rings is ours.

04

Priced per relationship, in a conversation

Referral arrangement, trade pricing, or subcontracted scope — which one fits depends on your trade and on how you would rather work. We would rather agree that with you directly than publish a number that suits nobody.

Scope we take on

Get us in at drawings, not at punch list.

The cheapest hour on any job is the one where somebody decides where the cable goes. Sleeves under a driveway, conduit beneath hardscape, a data run to where an outdoor television will hang, a capped pathway for something the owner has not decided on yet — all of it is minutes during construction and a demolition conversation afterwards.

So the most useful thing you can do with us is call early. We will read the drawings, mark up device locations before framing, and coordinate our rough-in against the electrical and the landscape plan rather than discovering the conflict on site.

Security cameras, access control and intercom, alarm, network and enterprise WiFi, structured cabling and fiber, commercial and residential audio, video distribution and displays, Q-SYS and control programming, conference rooms, digital signage, outdoor audio and video, and landscape lighting — under one contractor and one point of contact.
