15 years, and our own crew
Over 15 years across security, network, and AV. The people who quote the job are the people who do it — we do not subcontract installations out, so when something needs correcting there is nobody to point at.
We design the whole system
Cameras, doors, network, and AV are one system, not four purchases. We scope how they interact before anything is ordered, which is why our installs do not fall apart the first time somebody adds a device.
Control programming stays in house
As an authorized Q-SYS dealer we write the control layer ourselves rather than handing it to an outside programmer — including custom plugins for devices with no usable native integration.
We take over other people's work
A large share of what we do is diagnosing installs someone else abandoned. Bring us the system nobody could figure out — that is normal work here, not an exception.

We come out, look at the space, and talk through what you are actually trying to solve. Free, and usually within the week.

Product selection, layout, control, and future capacity. You see the plan and the number before anything is ordered.

Installation
Concealed pathways, labeled racks, tested terminations, checked end to end before we call it finished.

Training & support
We train the people who run it daily, then stay reachable. Remote monitoring means many issues are fixed without a truck roll.
